Mental Illness Resources
Ok, so maybe you have a mental illness. Maybe someone you love has a mental illness. Maybe you don't know if you or someone else has one or not. Perhaps you just want some information on the subject.
Whatever your situation may be, we are so blessed to have tons and tons of resources available to us.
If you are unsure if you should be getting help right now or not, let me assist you. Get the help! Don't wait any longer. You may be thinking you want to be strong and independent on your own. Maybe your embarrassed or too busy. Maybe you're afraid that you're making a bigger deal of things than they need to be, or you don't want to acknowledge you're struggling. Please, get help! It's not bad--it's good. There are so many levels of treatment. Start by scanning the internet for some information. Contact a therapist or psychiatrist. Call a crisis hotline. Ask a family member or friend to jump in and do it for you.
